Q: How do you see the brand's overall business growth in CY 2019? 

A: 2019 has been the year of change for several sectors in the economy. The trading and services sectors have seen tremendous growth this year. However, it has been a tough year for several small businesses, who have struggled to maintain the balance between cash flow and growth, a scenario that has its own domino-effect of negative consequences. This has been the reason hundreds, and thousands of businesses have taken a conscious decision to digitize and walk the path of digitize economy. They have adopted Tally.EPR 9 to stay ahead of the curve and improve their business productivity.

Q: What will be your overall business growth or target revenue for CY 2020?

A: At Tally, we have always been focussed on designing products that fit the requirement of millions of small and medium business owners. Over the years, our products have been extremely well received and benefitted millions of users globally. We always measure our success by the number of businesses we have helped automate and 2019 has been phenomenal as we are close to reaching out to 2 million businesses and assist them in their journey towards automation. Businesses with diverse portfolio have adopted Tally and are harnessing the power of automation for their business growth. We are positive that in the coming year several new segments will start adopting Tally and digitize their daily business operations.

Q: What will be your key focused products line-up in the year 2020?

A: One of the key focus areas for us in the coming year will be connected services. With our future products, we are ready to provide a seamless connected service across businesses which will further the ease of doing and operating business for MSMEs. We will also be focusing on mobility and customer management. With the framework the new product, the future is exciting, possibilities are endless, and we are thrilled to walk the path.

Q: What will be your channel strategy to drive substantial growth?

A: For over three decades, we have grown shoulder to shoulder with our partners, and will continue to do so. We have an extensive ecosystem of 25,000 partners spread across the length and breadth of country, helping us reach out to varied businesses. We will remain invested in the certified partner business who understand our business and product in depth. We will very soon be launching our 2-year program on partner organization transformation to assist them in scaling their organization.

Q: Please share your service support commitment for your loyal customers.

A: We will be making massive shift in our existing customer support management by helping our diverse set of customers drive digital adoption. The intent is more and more customers use digital means to troubleshoot problems related to technology and usage especially related to Tally.EPR 9. This will help us in discovering the problem and provide rectification real time, hence delivering superior customer support. We are committed to providing a deep support to our customers digitally in the year in come.
