Microsoft is synonymous with technological revolution. From Windows 95 to Microsoft Office and Xbox, the tech giants have transformed the general perception of computing, organizational management, and the gaming industry.

Their latest product Kaizala has been touted as the next big thing and is bridging the gap between mobile and desktop users. As more and more users are opting for mobile over desktop, organizations are also shifting their communication channels. Kaizala does not seem like a new product but a reckoning that was bound to happen. And like always, it was Microsoft that envisioned it.

What Is Microsoft Kaizala?

Microsoft Kaizala is a phone-number based, secure chat app that enables you to communicate and collaborate seamlessly across your network i.e., organization, employees, vendors, suppliers, and customers. The app is geared towards efficient communication, armed with inbuilt functional features like action cards which enable the users to conduct instant surveys, polls, assign and track tasks, and more.

Kaizala has penetrated the BFSI sector

Over a thousand business organizations across the country have adopted Kaizala. One of the heavy hitters in the BFSI sector and India’s fifth largest private bank, YES Bank, has integrated Kaizala to streamline tracking of recovery and aiding lead generation.

“Since inception, YES BANK has focused on Technology & Innovation as mission-critical pillars for Business Excellence. This partnership is a prime example of YES BANK’s ART philosophy — Alliances, Relationships are driven by Technology — as we continue to use technology to revolutionise the Banking experience in India. The Kaizala solution will empower the employees and customers by enabling Digital communication channels over a familiar chat-driven interface, and ensure that YES BANK leverages its strength as an agile organization”

-Mr. Rana Kapoor, Managing Director & CEO, YES BANK

YES Bank operates a public group on Kaizala which uses the platform to broadcast public announcements and engage in building productive customer relationship.

The chat-based productivity app has made its presence felt in the healthcare sector

It isn’t just the BFSI sector that is using Kaizala. Even the healthcare sector chose this app, which has its roots in India, as their preferred choice of communication. One of India’s most prominent names when it comes to hospitals, Apollo Hospitals aims to bridge the patient-doctor distance through Kaizala. The organization is setting up telehealth division all over India, powered by HealthNet Global. They offer a wide range of services from outpatient consultation to diagnosis and providing information regarding diseases. Apollo has been using Microsoft Kaizala to extract all kinds of real-time data from remote clinics in different corners of the country and then analyze these reports. This prompt data collection and analysis has helped Apollo take quick data-backed decisions providing better health care to millions.

State Government picks up Kaizala as a means to connect citizens to the ministers

The State Government of Andhra Pradesh has adopted Kaizala as an official channel of communication between the citizens and the ministry.  The Andhra Pradesh Government is known to be one of the most efficient state governments in the country, scoring high in all sorts of social and economic indexes. The AP Government has worked with team Microsoft and created a public group called ‘called AP CM Connect (AP CM కనెక్ట్)’ on Kaizala. This group enables users to stay updated with the latest government announcements, provide feedback, raise complaints, and express their issues with policies.

This group provides a platform for every citizen to make their voice heard. Kaizala has not only brought transparency in the government processes but has also made the execution agile by reducing the turnaround time. The state government has been able to tackle problems faster with better efficiently ever since the inception of the CM Connect group on Kaizala.

Technology is what will drive India’s dream of being a superpower by 2020. And Kaizala from Microsoft is at the forefront of this change, empowering the industries and synergizing the enterprises to serve the people better and thus meet the international standards, and maybe surpass them!
