Infinix continues its partnership as the Official Gaming Phone for the 2025 Global Championship. As title partner, Infinix will power every qualifying team with its flagship Infinix GT 30 Pro device, ensuring players experience peak performance throughout the championship. Adding to this milestone, Infinix’s official esports team, True Rippers, has qualified for the 2025 Global Championship and will compete in Thailand against 39 teams for a share of the $3 million prize pool.

This partnership solidifies Infinix’s leadership as a gaming-first brand at a time when mobile esports is growing at an unprecedented pace. From professional athletes to Gen Z gamers aspiring to turn their passion into a career, the esports ecosystem continues to unlock new opportunities every single day. Infinix, as the official gaming phone brand for the 2025 Global Championship is playing a pivotal role in this evolution - not only by powering the world’s top tournament but also by creating pathways for emerging players to compete, connect, and rise. The brand’s focus remains clear: to fuel the ambitions of young gamers across India, Thailand, and beyond.

At the heart of this partnership is the Infinix GT 30 Pro, the ‘official gaming phone’ of the 2025 Global Championship. Engineered and designed specifically for high-performance gaming, it features a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display, 144Hz refresh rate, a bold Cyber Mecha Design with customizable RGB lighting and is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 ULTIMATE processor with an AnTuTu score of 1.5+ million. Its dedicated esports mode ensures seamless gameplay even under tournament-level pressure.

Anish Kapoor, CEO at Infinix India, commented on the partnership: “Our ongoing partnership with the 2025 Global Championship reflects our deep commitment to strengthening the global esports community. Being the title sponsor of 2025 Global Championship in Thailand is a landmark moment for Infinix India and reaffirms our identity as a true gaming-first brand. The 2025 Global Championship is the pinnacle of mobile esports, and we’re proud that every qualifying team will compete on the Infinix GT series - devices engineered for high-performance, tournament-grade gaming.

What makes this moment even more special is seeing our own team, True Rippers, qualify and represent India on the world stage. This is more than a sponsorship - it’s a promise to level up the gaming experience. We are dedicated to elevating the gaming ecosystem and empowering Gen Z gamers with technology that gives them the edge to play, compete, and win. We’re proud to champion a platform that fuels talent, celebrates passion, and unites gamers across the globe.”

Commenting on this, Gunjan “Jelly” Thakur, the in-game leader for Infinix True Rippers said: “It’s a huge honor to represent India at the 2025 Global Championship. We’re starting our campaign in Group Red against some very strong teams from China and Southeast Asia, and over the past few weeks we’ve been fully focused on understanding their playstyles and preparing for every scenario. This is our first time competing on the international stage, but we’re going in with complete belief in our teamwork and preparation. We want to give our absolute best and put up the kind of performance that makes our fans proud.”

The 2025 Global Championship will unfold across four competitive stages in Thailand, beginning with The Gauntlet from November 24–26 at Imperial World Samrong, where 16 regional championship teams will battle across 18 matches, with the top seven advancing directly to the Grand Finals and the rest moving to the Group Stage.

The Group Stage, held from November 28–30 and December 2–4 at the same venue, features 32 teams. The Last Chance stage, scheduled for December 6–7, will see 16 teams compete across 12 matches for the final two Grand Finals slots. The tournament culminates with the Grand Finals from December 12–14 at Siam Paragon, Bangkok, where 16 teams - seven from The Gauntlet, six from the Group Stage, two from Last Chance, and one host country invitee - will contest 18 matches.
