Baazi Games Brings First-ever Edition of National Poker Series India

Baazi Games with premium products for skill-based games like poker, rummy, and fantasy sports, is all set to entertain gaming enthusiasts with the launch of the first edition of the National Poker Series, India this month. Marking its digital debut, National Poker Series India is all set to commence from June 13th and is scheduled to go on till June 27th

The biggest poker tournament in India is expecting more than 40,000 entries across the country to engage in this extraordinary game of talent and skill. The National Poker Series is a perfect stage for players of all skill levels to compete in a relentless battle of skill, mental strength, and consistency.  There is more to it that makes NPS, India the most awaited poker series of the year. The series will award the winners of all tournaments with India’s first poker gold medals.

The series will be hosted on PokerBaazi.com, India’s biggest poker platform, and will offer 64 tournaments scheduled with a total guaranteed prize pool of INR 15 crores. Much to the excitement of poker patrons, the satellite tournaments have already commenced to give users the golden opportunity to receive tickets to the gala events. 

With 195 medals on the line, National Poker Series also introduces the Golden Rush of Indian poker which is expected to witness the largest ever number of participants in a single poker tournament. The series further expands into three unique game leaderboards namely The NPS Podium, Daily Leaderboard and Series Leaderboard that will give the players three different categories of prize pools as they chase towards the gold. Additionally, the series includes an array of rewarding programs such as daily free entry tournaments for previous day participants and a special Sit’N’Go tournament for marquee winners.

Post the completion of the India series, the leaderboard winners will be rewarded with an opportunity to represent India on an international platform in one of the biggest poker events of the world to be conducted in Las Vegas. Enjoy Best Competitive Gaming at ‘The Rising’ Esports Tournament

Vijay Sales has teamed up with Lenovo India and AMD to host its first Esports tournament: The Rising. The tournament will be a platform for the gamers of Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege, which is an online tactical shooter video game developed and published by Ubisoft, to showcase their skills.

Spanning over a period of 13 days from July 23rd till August 4th – The Rising will feature a sizeable prize pool worth INR 3,00,000. Lenovo, AMD and Vijay Sales have teamed up with experienced tournament organizers, The Esports Club to host and broadcast the event.

Nilesh Gupta, Director, Vijay Sales said, “The online gaming industry is growing exponentially in India at a rate of almost 27% per annum and is estimated to reach $2.8B by 2022. The current pandemic scenario has further accelerated the growth of this industry. Know Which Team Emerged Victorious at Free Fire All Stars 2021 Asia Finale

The Free Fire All Stars (FFAS) 2021 Asia – featuring popular influencers and fan-voted players – concluded over the weekend. The Indoniesan team came up tops for the Bomb Squad mode, while teams from Thailand won the Clash Squad and Battle Royale modes!

The FFAS 2021 is the game’s annual celebration of Free Fire’s community of players and content creators across the world, by bringing them together in a fun and casual tournament. For the very first time, by popular demand from fans, different Free Fire modes were in play at an international tournament. 

The Asia All Stars saw teams from Thailand winning 2 of the 3 game modes on offer, demonstrating their skills and competitiveness on the big stage once more. This comes after Thailand’s Team Phoenix Force won the recent Free Fire World Series 2021 Singapore. The Hindi broadcasts got over 3 million views on the official Free Fire Esports YouTube Channel.

Across the three action-packed days, India was represented by two star-studded teams consisting of fans’ choices of influencers and pro players. Playing under the banner of Team Dosa, TSG Ritik, Sooneeta, Pahadi, and Legend fought valiantly against formidable opponents in both Bomb Squad and Clash Squad events. Team Dosa made it to the semi-finals for Day 2’s Clash Squad, before bowing out to Thailand’s Team Som Tum who eventually went on to be crowned Champions of the Clash Squad event.  On the third and final day, Team Samosa, comprising Vasiyo07, Killer, Dev Alone, and Assassin’s Army, joined the fray for the Battle Royale event. Both teams put up a strong fight and bagged a number of top-3 finishes

Bomb Squad champion – Team Indomee of Indonesia 

We saw all the action as Team Indomee of Indonesia emerged victorious among the 8 teams that battled it out in Bomb Squad, the first event of the All Stars. Team Indomee – featuring the likes of Drnxgarduuu, Efdewe, Letda, and IOG Bion 09 – won after making it through all 3 rounds, and coming up tops in the finals after defeating Team Pho from Vietnam. 

Clash Squad victor – Team Som Tum of Thailand

Team Som Tum of Thailand took the Clash Squad crown after defeating Team Boba of Taiwan. Team Som Tum, which featured the Jasminniiiz, AAA Poongod, FMP TV, and the popular EVOS TheCruz (who was named MVP at the recent Free Fire World Series 2021 Singapore), came up winners after advancing through 2 rounds before the finals, which was decided in a BO5 map.

Battle Royale winner – Team Tom Yum Kung of Thailand

The finale of the FFAS 2021 Asia saw Team Tom Yum Kung representing Thailand winning the classic Battle Royale mode. 12 teams competed across 3 maps, playing twice across Bermuda, Kalahari, and Purgatory. Team Tom Yum Kung, which saw the likes of EVOS Rambo, Osaga, AAA Hoysang, and R.I.P. Freestyle on the team, took the top spot. Special mention goes to EVOS Rambo, who once again was the star of his team and led them to victory with some outstanding performances. They defeated runner-ups Indonesia’s Team Indomee, who were the winners of day 1’s Bomb Squad mode, and 3rd-placed Team Pho from Vietnam, who finished 2nd place on day 1.

Female Professional Gamers Setting Foot in Gaming Content Creation

There is no doubt that the global esports industry is thriving, especially when people are confined at home due to the current covid-19 situation. We have seen people going gaga over the popular multiplayer games like PUBG (now BGMI in India), Free Fire, Counter Strike, Valorant, Fortnite, etc. and they are sincerely dedicating a considerable amount of time on screen. We all might agree that it is commonly considered as a male-dominated space and we hardly encounter a female gamer who is creating content and engaging with audience. But that can soon be considered a thing from the past.

Trinity Gaming has been associating with women gamers & content creators since its inception in 2019. While initially, we just had a handful of women enthusiasts, now we see huge curiosity about professional e-gaming from women across ages, geographic locations, and socio-economic conditions. Women are increasingly becoming attracted to virtual sports, driven either by their passion or viable career option.

Recently, a remarkable number of women professional gamers have come on rise. These young gamers have set their foot strong enough to compete with their male counterparts but in a healthy and entertaining way, which promises to take the space of esports to new heights. These professional gamers collaborating, bringing new content and are engaging with a wider audience.

Kangkana Talukdar aka Mystic Ignite   

Kangkana aka Mystic Ignite is a 22-year-old gaming content creator who wants to become one of the best female esports players in India and you all will find her playing games with her followers. She being very talkative, so one of her friends suggests her to stream and interact with the public as she loves being funny most of the time and the suggestion turned out to be the catalyst in the growth of her career. She currently has a family of 65,000 followerson her Facebook Gaming channel.

Aparna Shukla aka Annie 

Aparna is a 26-year-old gaming content creator; she wants to explore every new game with her audience. She does content creation around everything like unboxing, collaboration with other gamers, branding etc. In a short period of time, she attracted a good amount of audience with her skills. She aims to explore each and every game in her league. She loves interacting with the audience and plays with her followers. She currently has a family of 21 lakh plus followers on her Facebook Gaming channel “Rogstream”.

Anjali Roy aka Unicorn IB

Anjali is a 21-year-old gaming content creator, she loves exploring more games and interact with her audience. She has proved to be a great example of female gamers. Despite facing online bullying on the gaming front, she continues to grow with the support of her family and friends. She currently has a family of 1.3 lakh followers on her Facebook Gaming channel.
