Nikon India has unveiled a Durga Puja campaign film featuring the Nikon ZR, its video-first camera from the Z CINEMA line, as part of its ongoing brand campaign, ‘The Creator’s Cut’. Part of the campaign’s festive series, the film captures the vibrant colours, intricate artistry, cultural traditions and moments of devotion that define Durga Puja, showcasing how creators can bring familiar cultural experiences to life through cinematic visual storytelling.
Through a creator’s perspective, the film explores the visual richness of Durga Puja, highlighting the details, rituals and moments of celebration that make the festival distinctive. It demonstrates how creators can reinterpret familiar cultural experiences through their own creative lens, using visual storytelling to engage audiences in new ways.
“As the creator economy evolves, more people are moving beyond capturing moments to creating compelling stories for diverse digital audiences. At Nikon India, we are committed to equipping creators with imaging technology that supports their ambitions and enables them to explore new forms of expression. This Durga Puja film reflects that commitment, showcasing how creators can use their craft to tell stories that resonate with audiences across platforms and cultures,” said Sajjan Kumar, Managing Director, Nikon India Pvt. Ltd.
At the heart of the campaign is the Nikon ZR, part of Nikon’s Z CINEMA line, which brings together Nikon imaging expertise and RED’s cinema heritage in a compact, video-first form factor. With features including internal 6K RAW recording, RED color workflows and 32-bit float audio, the camera enables creators to experiment with cinematic techniques and explore new formats.
Adding to its festive offering, Nikon India is extending special festive benefits on the purchase of the Nikon ZR. Customers can unlock total benefits worth ₹21,635, including Fastrack Smart Audio Sunglasses.
Through this campaign film, Nikon India highlights the role of video-first imaging technology in enabling creators to capture cultural traditions and everyday experiences with a distinct cinematic perspective. The film is part of ‘The Creator’s Cut’, Nikon India’s broader brand campaign focused on video-first creators and their evolving approach to visual storytelling.
