ControlZ each device is renewed at its Renew Hub facility in Gurgaon, which it describes as an advanced pre-owned smartphone testing and remanufacturing centre. The devices undergo a structured testing and refurbishment process before being made available for sale. All ControlZ smartphones come with an 18-month warranty, along with a battery restored to 100% capacity.
