Nothing is set to open its first flagship retail store in India in Bengaluru, marking a major step in the company’s long-term expansion strategy for the Indian market. The upcoming store will provide consumers with a dedicated physical space to explore Nothing’s product portfolio and design philosophy through immersive, hands-on experiences.

The Bengaluru flagship will act as a central showcase for Nothing’s growing ecosystem, including smartphones, audio devices, and accessories. Until now, the brand has largely operated through online and partner-led channels in India. The launch of a company-owned store signals Nothing’s intent to deepen consumer engagement and build stronger brand visibility in one of the world’s fastest-growing technology markets.

Founded by Carl Pei, the entrepreneur best known for co-founding OnePlus, Nothing entered the global tech scene with a clear focus on differentiated design, transparent aesthetics, and community-driven product development. Since its India entry, the brand has steadily expanded its presence, positioning the country as a strategic growth market rather than just a sales destination.

In recent months, Nothing has strengthened its India portfolio with multiple product launches. These include the Nothing Ear series of true wireless earbuds, designed to deliver premium audio features with a distinctive transparent look, and the CMF range, which targets value-conscious consumers while retaining the brand’s design DNA. On the smartphone front, Nothing has continued to expand its Phone lineup in India, offering devices that emphasize clean software, unique hardware design, and competitive pricing.

The flagship store is expected to serve not only as a retail outlet but also as a brand experience center, allowing visitors to interact with products, understand the ecosystem, and engage with the company’s design-led approach more closely. Bengaluru’s strong technology culture, early-adopter audience, and startup ecosystem make it a natural choice for Nothing’s first physical retail presence in the country.

Carl Pei has previously highlighted India as a critical market for the brand’s future growth, noting that the country’s scale, young consumer base, and rapidly evolving tech adoption create opportunities for building a global brand with India at its core. Nothing’s increasing local focus, including product availability and ecosystem expansion, reflects this strategic outlook.

With the upcoming flagship store, Nothing is reinforcing its commitment to India and laying the foundation for deeper offline engagement. The move also places the brand in direct competition with established smartphone and consumer electronics players that already operate experiential retail formats across major Indian cities.

As Nothing continues to invest in products, community, and physical presence, the Bengaluru flagship is expected to be the first of several steps toward a broader retail footprint in India.
