U&I ventures into medical equipment manufacturing by launching its first home-grown, "Make in India" product – UiFM -009 KN95 Professional Protective Face Mask. With the new venture, the brand has roped in Adah Sharma as its Brand Ambassador for its latest series of medical equipment. The new segment will look into all the necessary medical equipment manufacturing such as Face Masks, Face Shields, and other health-related devices.

UiFM-009 KN95 is a Non-Medical Professional Protective Face Masks that comprises 5 layer protection, PM2.5 Respirator, and a breathing valve. The mask is made up of skin-friendly fabrics and has a particle filtration rate of 95%. Priced at around Rs. 299, the newly launched gear from U&i is an important tool in preventing the contamination/infection of the deadly coronavirus.
