TP-Link India announced the launch of the Tapo H110 Smart IR & IoT Hub in India. Designed to simplify everyday living, the new hub transforms traditional infrared appliances into smart devices while serving as a central control hub for the growing Tapo smart home ecosystem.

As Indian households continue to adopt connected technologies, consumers are looking for solutions that bring convenience, automation, and seamless interoperability into their homes. The Tapo H110 addresses this need by enabling users to control compatible air conditioners, televisions, fans, set-top boxes, and other IR-based appliances directly from the Tapo app or through voice assistants such as Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and Siri.

Supporting 18 device categories and more than 8,000 appliance brands, the Tapo H110 offers broad compatibility with both new and existing home appliances. Users can remotely control devices, create personalized schedules, automate daily routines, and use location-based automation to ensure a comfortable home environment before they arrive.

Beyond infrared control, the Matter certified Tapo H110 also acts as a smart home connection centre, integrating Tapo sensors and other compatible devices into the Matter ecosystem. Matter support allows the H110 to interoperate with devices from other brands that support the same protocol, enabling seamless collaboration between products from different manufacturers. Thus, freeing users from being locked into a single ecosystem and giving them more flexibility as they expand their smart home setup.

With offline local network control, users can continue managing connected devices through the Tapo app even during internet interruptions, ensuring uninterrupted convenience and reliability.

The launch of the Tapo H110 further strengthens TP-Link's commitment to expanding its smart home portfolio in India by delivering innovative, user-friendly solutions that simplify everyday living while enabling smarter and more connected homes.
