GOBOULT(formerly BOULT) recently announced the next phase of its partnership with the legendary automotive brand Mustang, unveiling the Mustang Thunder. This strategic launch extends GOBOULT’s premium lineup and strengthens its ongoing premiumisation strategy.

The first Mustang edition received an exceptional consumer response, achieving strong sell-through in record time and reaffirmed the growing appetite for design-led, performance-driven products. With this launch, GOBOULT is expanding this portfolio and laying the foundation for a larger premium series across categories, combining advanced acoustics, LED breathing lights featuring the Mustang Pony Logo, and elevated craftsmanship.

The Mustang series is expected to account for roughly 15% of revenue in Q3 FY26, setting the stage for long-term growth in the premium price band. With rising consumer purchasing power and a clear shift towards feature-rich upgrades, this share is expected to grow significantly, approaching 25% by FY27.

“Every new launch at GOBOULT is built on a simple but powerful philosophy: to balance innovation with market viability. The Mustang series perfectly reflects that mindset. This partnership isn’t just another co-branded drop; it is one of a kind in the Indian audio and wearables space, and every product under this flagship line has consistently performed beyond expectations.

Each piece is crafted with precision, shaped by real consumer feedback, and designed to deliver more value than users imagine. Through this authentic collaboration with Mustang, we are not just creating premium products but giving consumers a piece of automotive legacy reimagined in personal tech,” said Varun Gupta, Co-founder at GOBOULT.

The GOBOULT Mustang Thunder is available in silver on black. The series is available for purchase on Flipkart, Amazon and Myntra starting November 16, 2025. Priced at ₹7,999 (MRP), the Mustang Thunder will be available at a special launch price of ₹2,499, with a Market Operating Price (MOP) of ₹2,999.

GOBOULT is expanding the Mustang series from limited editions into a sustained premium line that will include headphones, smartwatches, and select TWS special editions.

The recent rebrand has fueled this shift toward premiumisation. Today, over 65% of the portfolio meets the company’s premium criteria on design, finish and experience. Early rebrand indicators show rising brand searches, improved engagement and steady growth in conversions and sales. Offline retail now spans 12,000+ stores, contributing nearly 20% of revenue, and GOBOULT remains on track to reach 30,000+ stores by FY26.

Following Mustang Thunder, GOBOULT will introduce new Mustang-branded smartwatches and special-edition TWS products in the coming months. The company expects the premium portfolio to gain significant momentum, led by Mustang-series launches, as category expansion and retail scale continue.
