Equipped with 10th gen Intel® Core™ i5-10210U Comet Lake processor, Mi Notebook 14 (IC) comes with an integrated 720p HD webcam built-in, thereby making work-from-home scenarios more productive. Design
Mi Notebook 14 (IC) is a compact, thin and light-weight laptop that weighs just 1.5kg and comes with a sleek unibody metal chassis. The Notebook is built from an Aluminium and Magnesium alloy coated through a process of anodized sandblasting giving it a sturdy and svelte look. Designed to enhance the viewing experience, the device sports a 35.56cm (14") FHD (1920 x 1080) anti-glare display with 81.2% screen-to-body ratio. It also comes with an in-built HD webcam to make online learning and work from home easy.
Performance and Battery
This laptop delivers on the promise of speed and performance. It comes with the 10th Gen Intel® Core™ i5 CometLake processor which clocks up to 4.2GHz, ensuring top-notch performance. CometLake processors offer 16% better performance vs the previous gen and over 41% better productivity on Office 365. This is paired with 8GB of DDR4 RAM clocked at 2666MHz and up to 512GB of SATA SSD storage. The model with discrete graphics is powered by NVIDIA® GeForce® MX250 with 2GB of video RAM. Mi Notebook 14 (IC) offers a 46Wh battery which delivers a backup of up to 10 hours. It comes with a 65W fast charger that gets you up and running from 0 to 50% in just over 35 mins.
Productivity and Connectivity
Mi Notebook 14 (IC) has a scissor based keyboard mechanism. The keys have a travel distance of 1.3mm which makes typing a lot more comfortable. The multi-touch trackpad supports Microsoft Precision Drivers allowing multiple gesture-based navigation options. It also comes with palm-rejection built-in to cancel any unintended touches. Mi Notebook 14 (IC) features stereo speakers combined with DTS audio processing that fine-tunes the desired sound signatures during media consumption. The Notebook comes with an array of connectivity ports including 2 x high-speed USB 3.1 port, 1 x USB 2.0 port and 1 x HDMI 1.4b port. It also has a 3.5mm jack which doubles as a headphone and a mic in.
