Products like Power banks, Portable speakers, Headphones/earphones etc are very popular amongst companies as well as individuals for gifting purpose.

DT: How are you currently working with your partners to strengthen your market position?

Mr. Rajesh: Our channel ecosystem works in accordance with our channel partners as they're the most important base of the system. We make sure the channel partners get their due, for the efforts they put in. Recently we took around 100 partners to Dubai for 4 days trip before some partners were taken for a UK trip. OND quarter is also very exciting for our partner and we always make sure that they get enough support for all the effort they put in to make sure that Zebronics stays "Always Ahead".This way, our channel partners as well as our customers, are happy. We're supporting our channel partners with our wide service network, which gives them the assurance and confidence in selling Zebronics products. We take pride to say that we have 50,000+ direct/indirect channel partners across the nation.

DT: What is your overall roadmap to escalate your growth further in CY 2019?

Mr. Rajesh:Our overall roadmap to escalate growth further in CY 2019 is by taking more calculated risks like for instance our exclusive store which recently opened under the name 'Digital Hub' is fairing well. We're looking at expanding and bringing more exposure to towns and cities giving the consumers a touch, feel and experience before you buy kind of an exposure. We are looking forward to opening such stores across India. Our focus is going to be on our premium gaming segment with the introduction of new gaming power supplies and a premium product line upgrade with gaming Chassis, keyboards, mouse and headphones. Multi-utility mobile accessories are also going to be in the highlight this year. Our speaker segment is always upgraded in terms of models, sound and have multiple options for connectivity. Surveillance is another segment we're looking at for 2019 with our newly launched app, one can easily monitor with on the go surveillance at a click of a button.

DT: What are your suggestions to policymakers to counter any existing business challenges in ICT market?

Mr. Rajesh:The policymakers should ensure that sufficient benefits are given to the entire ecosystem of the supply chain, which will gradually help in smoothing out the manufacturing process for various technology products. Our overall supply chain has improved but we have miles to go. Benefits to the Indian manufacturers in comparison to the same product being imported would be an encouragement. Although the government has already initiated the steps in this regard, more would be needed in the time to come. Some changes are also needed to curb the unorganized imports, like mobile accessories market is badly hit by unorganized importers, who are a threat to all organized brands, big or small.
